今回は静岡県焼津市の工場で働いている
スタッフにインタビューしました。
〈左〉 松浦 希久子さん ITC歴 7年
〈右〉 佐竹 美幸さん ITC歴 2ヶ月
� 。稗圍辰鳳�募したきっかけは何ですか？
《松浦さん》
友達からの紹介でした。福利厚生がしっかりしていることもあって応募しました。
《佐竹さん》
求人誌を見て工場での仕事が多いという事や、家から近いという点で応募しました。
�◆‘�社する際、不安なことはありましたか？
《松浦さん》
入社する前はサービス業しか経験がなかったので、工場で働くこと自体不安でしたね。
《佐竹さん》
職場環境に馴染めるかが不安でした。前職も工場勤務でしたが、作業も周りの方々も
当然違うので、自分なりに早く馴染めるように努力しました。
�� ＩＴＣに入社して良かった点はありますか？
《松浦さん》
ＩＴＣスタッフが多く働いている職場で、みなさんとても優しい人たちばかりです。
《佐竹さん》
作業で困っている時、リーダーや担当者が親切にアドバイスをしてくれます。
周りの方々もとても親切な方々ばかりです。
�ぁ‘�いている勤務場所の近くにどんなものがありますか？
《松浦さん》
焼津さかなセンターが有名ですね。
平日でもかなりの人でにぎわっている場所ですよ。
新鮮な魚介類がたくさん売られていますね。
《佐竹さん》
西焼津駅近くの居酒屋春秋のランチがオススメです。
ワンコイン（５００円）でお徳なハンバーグランチなど食べることができます。
�ァゝ抛�はどんなふうに過ごしていますか？
《松浦さん》
健康ランドに行ったり、たまにですけどプロ野球観戦に行ったりしています。
《佐竹さん》
最近は女子会がメインですね。
友達とランチしたり、カラオケや映画など行ったりしています。
�Α‐�来の夢や目標はありますか？
《松浦さん》
ん〜・・・とくにないかも（笑）
巨人の阿部選手みたいな人と結婚して
高級マンションとかに住めたらいいなぁって感じですかね（笑）
《佐竹さん》
私も良い人をはやく見つけて結婚したいですね（笑）
